2. Determine the size of the wheel diameter: Generally, the larger the wheel diameter, the easier it is to push, the greater the load capacity, and the better it can protect the ground from damage. The choice of wheel diameter should first consider the weight of the load and the starting thrust of the truck under load. To decide.
3. The choice of soft and hard wheel materials: usually the wheels have nylon wheels, super polyurethane wheels, high-strength polyurethane wheels, high-strength artificial rubber wheels, iron wheels, and air wheels. Super polyurethane wheels and high-strength polyurethane wheels can meet your handling requirements regardless of driving on indoor and outdoor ground. High-strength artificial rubber wheels can be used for driving on hotels, medical equipment, floors, wooden floors, ceramic tile floors and other ground with low noise and quiet walking. Nylon wheels and iron wheels are suitable for places with uneven ground or iron filings on the ground. The air wheel is suitable for light load and soft and uneven road surface.
4. Rotation flexibility: The larger the single wheel, the more labor-saving it will be. The roller bearing can carry a heavier load, and the resistance during rotation is greater: the single wheel is installed with high-quality (bearing steel) ball bearings, which can carry a heavier load, The rotation is lighter, flexible and quiet.
